Act-i-vate is a "webcomix collective" conceived by Dean Haspiel and founded by eight talented comics creators including Haspiel, Nikki Cook, and Dan Goldman. This sure is a real point of pride for me. I think back to my youth spent poring over Stan Lee and John Buscema's How to Draw Comics the Marvel Way and the number of times that I heard kids tell me they'd see my name in Marvel comics. I never believed them and I'm surprised and a little proud of myself for this. My cap just got a feather! I'll have more broohaha as the release date approaches.
