In my quest for cash, I submitted a t-shirt design to Threadless.com in the hopes that it might get printed. Here’s your chance to help make that happen! Please give this design a high score! If I get enough high scores the shirt will be printed and sold from the site and I will win some prizes. Take a look at it and if you like it, sign up and give it a high score. With your help, I might be able to pay off some debts! Thanks in advance for your support, folks. If it gets printed, I’ll buy up a bunch and give ‘em away to visitors for nuthin’! That’s how desparate I am! Click the image or sidebar thingamajig to vote!
Wasteland #14 on Sale this Week!
This Wednesday, Wasteland #14 will be on sale at your local comic book shop! This book is a stand-alone story illustrated by me. If you've ever been curious about the world created by Antony Johnston and Christopher Mitten, here's a great opportunity to get a taste without having to know the whole continuity so far. As always, the book features a great cover by artist, Ben Templesmith. Here's the synopsis for this issue:
When a mysterious stranger arrived in Providence it changed the lives of Doc, Abi, and the rest of the town forever... But that wasn't Michael’s first visit! Series writer Antony Johnston and Special Guest artist Joe Infurnari (BORROWED TIME) spin a tale from the ruin runner's past that holds hints of his future!
I had a blast doing this and I hope you pick yourself up a copy and enjoy a good read!
Art Sale!
In the interest of generating some desperately needed funds, I'm making the unused page 23 available for sale. The first person who donates $85 or more through Paypal will be the proud new owner of this little gem. This page is ink, colored pencil and watercolor on Arches watercolor paper and is 12"x16". Please be generous as the need is dire. Shipping and handling expenses will be included in the donation. Here's the piece. I still have this drawing for page 28 available as well. The first person to donate over $35 through paypal will get this drawing with all shipping and handling included. The drawing measures 12"x16" and is ink and graphite on Arches watercolor paper. Please find it within yourself to spend a little money on a valuable work of art to help support this project. Thanks for your consideration.
the Process Updated! New Page 29!
Readers expecting a new page 30 might be a little disappointed to see that 30 is what used to be good 'ole 29! That's because there's a new page snuck in there. I never felt 100% comfortable with the transition between page 28 and old 29. It seemed a little too abrupt with some sort of buffer needed before the photographic elements of page 30. This page heightens the disorientation, closes the ourobouros introduced in 28, furthers the cloud motif and introduces the spiral motif found in page 30. Another consideration is that when this becomes a book (cross yer fingers) page 28 and the new page 29 will be a spread and page 30 will be revealed by turning the page. It's a little more dramatic that way. So without further ado, here's the new page 29!

the Process Updated! Page 23 Redone
I recently spent some time back in Canada and while I was there I thought I'd do a little housecleaning on the Process. After completing a few pages after page 23 it was becoming more apparent that that page wasn't up to snuff. It was the first time I used the clouds in a multi-panel and I was perhaps a little timid about expanding elements beyond the edge of the page. That happend more with p 24 and later. So to bring ole 23 up to model, here's a redone version. Enjoy!
the Process Updated! Page 29.
Page 29 is now finally available over at the Process. This one really kicks into gear the transition into Chapter 3. Enjoy and thanks for visiting.
the Process Updated! Page 28 Revised.
Over at the sister site, the Process, page 28 has been updated. The changes made make this page more in line with what's going to happen in 29. Page 29 is done and will be posted up soon. Thanks.
